Field Services Coordinator ll-FS-0002.2

JOB PURPOSE

The job holder will be responsible for coordinating and managing field service operations in a fiberglass manufacturing organization. They will work closely with the sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that products are installed and serviced efficiently and effectively.

• Field Service Know-How/ Planning and Control of Site Work Activities/ Control of Tools and Equipments/ Asset Inventories: Coordinate and schedule field service operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance of fiberglass products
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met Manage service technicians and oversee their work in the field
• Provide technical support to service technicians and customers as needed
• Develop and maintain service schedules and records
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure that service parts and materials are available when needed
• Develop and maintain service manuals and training materials for service technicians and customers
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new service solutions and improve existing ones
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in fiberglass manufacturing technology and products

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure timely and effective project completion

• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
• Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations
• Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required

Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

Preferred Experience:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in field service coordination, preferably in fiberglass manufacturing or a related technical support role related to industry.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fiberglass manufacturing and field services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
