MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities from design coordination through procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, authority approvals, and final project handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

• Lead the complete execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, LV, ELV, Electrical, and Building Services installations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, UAE regulations, and international standards.
• Manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, and long-lead MEP equipment delivery.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved construction methodologies.
• Plan and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), integrated systems testing, authority inspections, and final handover documentation.
• Resolve design conflicts through multidisciplinary coordination and value engineering initiatives.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, QA/QC procedures, and company standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project updates, and management presentations.
• Support commercial teams on variation orders, claims, cost control, and technical evaluations.
