Job Description Overview
AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within UAE.
Your role- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience.
- Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site-wide works.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows.
- Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
- Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
