Penspen is seeking a Contracts Specialist (PMC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to provide contractual and commercial support across ADNOC Upstream Onshore projects. The role covers contract administration, commercial risk management, tendering support, change management, and claims evaluation within a PMC environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Upstream Oil & Gas, EPF, FEED, Detailed Engineering and EPC phases, and strong knowledge of ADNOC contractual requirements.
