Responsibilities

- Oversee the quality control process during construction ensuring materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders detailing project progress findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends regulations and technologies to enhance project outcomes and ensure compliance.
- Participate in public consultations and presentations effectively communicating project details and addressing community concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, with hands‑on involvement in construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard design software to create and modify engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex engineering problems and develop effective, innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
- Proven project management experience showcasing the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in designs and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections, including navigating construction sites safely and effectively.
