Project HSE Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Project HSE Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi
. Reporting to the HSSE Manager, you will assure the full implementation of HSE systems and policies on specific projects, driving compliance, safety performance, and operational efficiency across the value chain.

• HSE Strategy & Planning: Analyze contract HSE requirements, produce project-specific HSE documentation, and train project teams on HSE standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, Subcontractors, and Statutory Auditors regarding project HSE matters.
• Audits & Compliance: Plan and execute Project HSE Audits, verify compliance with Company/Client requirements, and implement effective Corrective Actions.
• Site & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate activities with the Site HSE Manager, review/approve HSE documents from technicians, and support vendor qualification processes.
• Commercial Support: Assist Sales and Commercial teams during the bid phase to develop Project HSE systems.

• Experience: 3–5 years of HSE Engineering experience in large project businesses (EPC / Oil & Gas), plus 1–2 years of Site HSE Management experience.
• Standards Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, and relevant technical standards.
• Audit Expertise: Proven track record in conducting HSE audits and managing corrective action plans.
• Education: University Degree or Technical High School Diploma preferred.
• Location & Availability: Currently residing in the UAE with a notice period of 30 days or less (to align with our mid-October onboarding schedule).
