• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and site monitoring.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE induction and safety training programs.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.

• HSE Management – Implement and monitor safety management systems.
• Risk Assessment – Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.
• Safety Auditing – Conduct inspections and compliance audits.
• Incident Investigation – Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Electrical & Electromechanical Safety – Ensure safe execution of electrical contracting activities.

• NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
• ISO 45001 knowledge.
