Penspen is seeking a General Site Superintendent (Offshore) based in UAE and Khafji, Saudi Arabia, to oversee daily construction, installation and marine operations on offshore sites.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, bring 12 years of experience (6+ years in major oil and gas/petrochemical projects), and have prior offshore commissioning, operation and startup exposure, including ARAMCO project experience.
