• Lead and manage bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering support to project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure all bridge works are executed in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Supervise inspection, repair, and maintenance activities for bridges and related structures.
• Review technical submissions, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress monitoring.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate engineering records.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 10 years of experience as a Bridge Engineer / Senior Bridge Engineer in bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, or bridge construction projects in the UAE
  .
• Strong experience in bridge inspection, structural repairs, rehabilitation works, and maintenance activities.
• Proven experience working on major infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) projects will be highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License with own car is mandatory.

• Strong technical knowledge of bridge engineering, maintenance, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good understanding of UAE infrastructure standards and project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple activities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
