Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend practical control measures
Develop and implement effective HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees and contractors
Monitor compliance with health safety and environmental regulations ensuring adherence to local and international standards
Investigate incidents and near-misses thoroughly compiling reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred to demonstrate industry-recognized competence.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
