• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts for infrastructure maintenance and bridge projects.
• Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering sketches, specifications, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Design Engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements.
• Prepare drawings related to bridge maintenance activities, structural repairs, civil works, and infrastructure improvements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Incorporate site modifications and revisions into drawings and maintain proper drawing records.
• Assist engineers in preparing technical submissions, material submissions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings follow company standards, client requirements, and approved drafting procedures.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and transmittals.
• Support site teams by providing updated drawings and technical information when required.

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in infrastructure, bridge construction, bridge maintenance, or civil engineering projects in the UAE
  .
• Proven experience working on UAE infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD with strong knowledge of 2D drafting and detailing.
• Experience preparing civil, structural, and bridge-related drawings will be preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and infrastructure project requirements is an advantage.

• Excellent command of AutoCAD and drafting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
• Good understanding of civil and structural engineering concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with engineering and site teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Civil 3D, BIM software, or other drafting tools will be an advantage.
