Project Pipeline ManagementTrack public and private infrastructure developments from initial design phases through to procurement and execution
Commercial Bid ManagementLead the preparation of technical submittals value engineering proposals and commercial bids for complex tenders
Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or a related building services field.
Experience:Minimum 7+ years of technical sales experience in the HVAC, district cooling, mechanical engineering, MEP, or municipal infrastructure sectors.
Network:An active, established network of decision-makers across our prioritized target segments:
Utility Authorities, District Cooling plants, Municipalities, MEP building projects, Real Estate Developers, Data Centers, and BMS integrators.
Strong understanding of commercial building systems, district cooling networks, fluid dynamics, environmental control, and smart infrastructure integration
Mobility:Valid driving license.
