Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency within our company. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations
- Create process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor production performance and identify any issues or bottlenecks
- Train employees on new processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus but not required
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and annual airfare allowance.
This role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates from India with relevant experience are preferred.
