Lead Civil & Structural Engineer - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects
- Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, international codes, quality standards, and HSE regulations
- Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Resolve technical issues and mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer role
- Hands-on experience in EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC or other major Middle East operators
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and structural design standards such as ACI, AISC, and ASCE
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
