Chemical Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist (Pakistanis preferred)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing our current processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. This position is open to Pakistani candidates who possess strong English speaking skills and do not require accommodation. A biometric passport is also preferred.

• Conduct research and analysis on current processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
• Monitor and measure the impact of changes on operations and make necessary adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within the chemical or related industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams
• Biometric passport preferred
