Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data, making calculations and preparing topographical maps. You will also be expected to advise on land use regulations and zoning issues. This position offers a salary of 900, and foreigners are welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction sites for accuracy
• Carry out field work such as measurements, land surveys and mapping
• Collect data using the latest GPS technologies
• Prepare topographical maps using specialist software packages
• Estimate volume/area/distance/height measurements
• Use surveying instruments such as theodolites or total stations
• Analyze survey data to prepare reports or drawings
• Advise on land use regulations or zoning issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of surveying principles & techniques
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to interpret maps & aerial photographs
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
