Chemical Engineer - Process Control
As a Chemical Engineer specializing in process control, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing processes and systems to optimize production efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs. Your role will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and creating detailed process diagrams and specifications.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting process issues and providing technical support to production teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process control
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and equipment
- Experience with process simulation software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Conduct research to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Design, develop, and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones
- Create detailed process diagrams and specifications using process simulation software
- Analyze data from production processes to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
