Entry-Level Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position that is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. As this is an entry-level role, no prior experience is required.

• Assist in the design and implementation of efficient production processes
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
• Conduct time studies and create work schedules for production lines
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during production
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
