Industrial Engineer - Contract Position in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes and improving efficiency. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national looking to gain international experience and work in a dynamic and diverse environment.

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design new production layouts and processes to increase efficiency
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency
• Conduct time studies to determine the most efficient use of resources
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Utilize statistical methods to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards
• Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices in industrial engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering role, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings
• Proficient in using industrial engineering tools such as time study, process mapping, etc.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost reduction strategies

1600$ per month (tax-free) on a contract basis.
