Position Industrial Engineer

Location Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As an Indian national you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall productivity, quality, and safety
• Design layouts for production lines considering factors such as space utilization, material flow and ergonomics
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or technologies
• Train employees on new procedures or equipment to ensure smooth implementation

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
