Land surveyor job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Land Surveyor – Abu DhabiWe are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to work in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate measurements and calculating the area covered by a piece of land as well as its boundary lines. This position requires a strong knowledge of surveying processes, land laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Conducting field surveys using the latest surveying technology and equipment
- Preparing detailed maps and sketches that accurately represent the surveyed area
- Analyzing data to determine the elevation of different points on the surveyed property
- Determining boundary lines between different properties
- Preparing legal documents such as deeds, contracts, leases and other related documents
- Assisting in resolving survey-related disputes between landowners
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding surveying activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable with surveying procedures, land laws, regulations, and safety protocols
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, levels etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Salary: 1000 AED per month
