We are a leading industrial company based in Abu-Dhabi, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer
- Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

As an Industrial Engineer
- Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing our current production processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will use your expertise in industrial engineering principles to develop and implement efficient and effective solutions.

• Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify process inefficiencies
• Design new processes or modify existing ones to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement projects
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and improve quality
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Train production staff on new processes and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement within an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
