Bani Yas City, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Bani Yas City, UAE. The successful candidate should be able to take accurate measurements of land and determine the boundaries of properties.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Surveying or other related field
- Ability to produce detailed technical reports for clients
- Ability to interpret maps, plans and drawings accurately
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in land surveying desired but not mandatory
- Foreigners are considered with minimal work experience
- Prepare survey plans and diagrams using measurements taken onsite
- Operate surveying equipment such as total station, GPS receivers and levels
- Collect data from aerial photography or satellite images
- Calculate distances, areas, volumes and angles
- Identify property boundaries using documents such as deeds or maps
- Maintain accurate records of surveys carried out
