Industrial Engineer (Contract Position)

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Industrial Engineer for a contract position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals and does not require English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with a focus on process improvement and optimization. This position is suitable for men who are looking for a challenging and dynamic role.

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
• Utilize various tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards goals
• Conduct time studies, layout planning, and other analysis to optimize workflow
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience working on projects related to cost reduction, process optimization, or productivity improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Must have own visa for employment in UAE
