Key Responsibilities
Your tasks and responsibilities shall include but are not limited to
- Send inquiries to potential suppliers and collect quotations in accordance with project requirements
- Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Prepare comparison sheets and obtain approval from the procurement committee to select the most suitable supplier
- Issue and send confirmation letters LPOs to the selected supplier enabling them to submit materials to the relevant project for consultant approval
- Support the project team by following up with suppliers on material submittals as needed
- Education:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement management within the infrastructure sector

- Service-Oriented
- Negotiation
- Works Well Under Pressure
