The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies onsite, ensuring full compliance with project, client, and UAE regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor HSEpolicies, procedures, and project-specific HSE plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and routine safety audits on site.
• Investigate incidents andnear-misses; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) system compliance, particularly for high-risk activities.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions,and awareness programs to site personnel.
• Liaise with client/consultant HSErepresentatives and support site audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate HSEdocumentation, registers, and statistical reporting.
• Support emergency preparednessplanning and drills.

• GCC Experience (Min.)
• 5 Years (minimum)
• Diploma Level (at least);
  
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Professional Qualifications

Industry Context:
Oil &gas and energy sector projects across offshore platforms and onshore facilities.

• H2S awareness, gas monitoring, and process safety management (PSM) compliance.
• Permit-to-Work compliance for hotwork, confined space entry, and offshore survival/emergency response (BOSIET).
• Marine operations safety(offshore) and ADNOC/OSHAD-SF regulatory compliance.
