Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer
- Electrical to join our building construction team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, and overseeing electrical systems for commercial and residential construction projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure all electrical installations meet international standards, local regulations, and project specifications. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
- Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems for building construction projects
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications using CAD and design software
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify electrical installations comply with applicable codes and standards
- Analyze electrical requirements and calculate load demands to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into overall project design
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain project schedules
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, test results, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams on-site
- 7- 12years of professional experience in electrical engineering for building construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in construction supervision for the building projects
- Expertise in construction supervision for the electrical system, including power distribution, lighting, and fire safety systems
