Junior Industrial Engineer

We are a leading industrial engineering company based in Abu Dhabi seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Industrial Engineer you will assist in the planning designing and implementation of efficient industrial processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Assist in analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements including automation and lean manufacturing techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
• Conduct time studies and create process flow diagrams
• Participate in root cause analysis for production issues
• Monitor production performance and recommend solutions for any inefficiencies or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using computer-aided design CAD software
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for travel purposes

Salary 1100$ USD per month
