We are looking for an energetic and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors. The role involves measuring, mapping, and analyzing land features.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, have knowledge of surveying instruments, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Utilize surveying equipment to measure, map, and analyze land features;
• Gather data about property lines, topography, and soil composition;
• Enter data into computer systems;
• Interpret survey results;
• Prepare sketches, diagrams or maps showing survey results;
• Ensure accuracy of survey results by double-checking measurements;
• Communicate effectively with other team members;

• Previous experience in land surveying or related field preferred but not required;
• Knowledge of survey instruments such as theodolites and total stations;
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under adverse weather conditions;
• Strong attention to detail for accurate measurements;
• Working knowledge of GIS software desirable but not essential;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong problem-solving abilities.
