HSE Officer Job Summary

The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies on site, ensuring full compliance with project, client, and UAE regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific HSE plans.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and routine safety audits on site.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) system compliance, particularly for high-risk activities.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to site personnel.
• Liaise with client/consultant HSE representatives and support site audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, registers, and statistical reporting.
• Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.

Age:
Below 35 years

GCC Experience (Min.): 5 Years (minimum)

Academics:
Diploma Level (at least);
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Professional

Qualifications:

NEBOSH IGC | ISO 45001 Awareness Certificate | ADOSH-SF Practitioner (Preferred)

Industry Context:
Oil & gas and energy sector projects across offshore platforms and onshore facilities.

• H2S awareness, gas monitoring, and process safety management (PSM) compliance.
• Permit-to-Work compliance for hot work, confined space entry, and offshore survival/emergency response (BOSIET).
• Marine operations safety (offshore) and ADNOC/OSHAD-SF regulatory compliance.
