Expected
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Materials Engineering Chemical Engineering Metallurgy or related discipline
- Master s Degree or PhD preferred
- API 571 and API 580 certifications
- API 510 API 570 and or API 653 certifications preferred
- ISO 55001 Asset Management awareness implementation training
- Strong technical leadership capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Safety-focused with commitment to technical excellence
- Self-motivated and capable of working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong mentoring and coaching capability
- Minimum 15 years experience in integrity engineering inspection or asset integrity management within oil and gas petrochemical or related process industries including at least 5 years in a specialist or technical authority role
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing integrity management frameworks risk assessment methodologies and inspection strategies
- Extensive experience delivering Risk-Based Inspection RBI programmes and integrity assessments
- Practical experience conducting or reviewing Fitness-for-Service FFS assessments in accordance with API 579
- Demonstrated experience developing Integrity Operating Windows IOW and inspection planning strategies
- Strong understanding of degradation mechanisms affecting pressure equipment piping systems and infrastructure assets
- Familiarity with major regional operators standards procedures and asset integrity practices is highly desirable
- Previous experience supporting National Oil Companies NOCs major international operators or large operating assets in the Middle East preferred
- Excellent technical writing presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Lead the development and implementation of asset integrity management programmes for client operating assets
- Provide specialist technical expertise in Risk-Based Inspection RBI Fitness-for-Service FFS asset life assessment and integrity management
- Lead the development and enhancement of RBI methodologies and associated risk models
- Support the development and implementation of Integrity Operating Windows IOW programmes
- Perform and review Fitness-for-Service FFS assessments in accordance with recognised industry standards
- Lead technical studies including root cause analysis RCA life extension studies and integrity assessments
- Facilitate technical workshops integrity reviews and stakeholder engagement sessions with client personnel
- Review degradation mechanisms risk assessments and inspection strategies for fixed equipment piping and associated facilities
- Develop technical reports corporate procedures manuals and engineering recommendations
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to engineers and integrity personnel
- Support implementation of recommendations and monitoring of integrity performance
