An experienced Estimator with 10 years of quantity surveying and cost estimating expertise specializing in large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects including pre-contract cost planning BoQ preparation and procurement strategy development Skilled in utilizing CESSM and industry-standard estimating practices to deliver accurate cost estimates risk assessments value engineering and tender documentation while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
Your role
Lead the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates cost plans and benchmarking for large-scale infrastructure projects Develop and manage Bills of Quantities BoQs and pre-tender estimates using CESSM and other industry standards Support the development of procurement strategies including packaging tendering and contract formation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design intent and cost objectives Prepare and review tender documentation including pricing schedules and contract conditions Conduct market analysis and engage with supply chain to inform cost data and procurement planning Assisting in risk and value management and cost control functions Assisting in identifying analysing and developing responses to commercial risks Attendance and representation at commercial meetings

Worker Type Employee Job Type Regular Sr Cost Estimator shall have a minimum 10 years of experience in cost management within the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills. Strong background in pre-contract quantity surveying for infrastructure and civil engineering projects including master planning, preference for major international events experience (e.g. expos, sports events, cultural festivals).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
