  • Coordinate machine installation, relocation, commissioning, and reinstallation activities from an electrical and controls perspective.
  • Monitor equipment performance indicators and recommend reliability improvements to enhance machine availability and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports, inspection results, and spare-parts consumption using SAP or a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Coordinate with OEM service providers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, LOTO procedures, quality requirements, and company standards.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience maintaining CNC machines, SPMs, industrial machinery, PLCs, electrical control systems, drives, motors, and automation equipment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior technician role with responsibility for managing maintenance technicians and activities.
  • Demonstrated experience planning manpower requirements, allocating maintenance work, monitoring completion, and coordinating activities with Production and other departments.
