Position Overview:
Responsible for managing façade lighting projects from design coordination and procurement through installation, commissioning, handover, and maintenance, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and client requirements.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and site activities.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control systems.
- Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies, and control networks.
- Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers/suppliers.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging, and final handover.
- Manage technical issues, variations, risks, and client requirements.
- Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures.
- Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and as-built information.
