Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to develop project timelines and coordinate MEP activities effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues with MEP systems ensuring timely and efficient project completion
- Prepare and review technical documentation including drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision or project management, demonstrating a proven track record in the field
- Professional certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent are preferred, showcasing commitment to industry standards
- Experience in large-scale construction projects within the commercial or industrial sectors, highlighting relevant expertise
