Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Civil Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of long-lead items and materials required for infrastructure projects, issue LPOs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
- Send inquiries to potential suppliers and collect quotations in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
- Prepare comparison sheets and obtain approval from the procurement committee to select the most suitable supplier.
- Issue and send confirmation letters/LPOs to the selected supplier, enabling them to submit materials to the relevant project for consultant approval.
- Support the project team by following up with suppliers on material submittals as needed.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement management within the infrastructure sector.
