Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related discipline

Typically 10+ years of relevant commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or major industrial projects.
Strong experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and system handover
.
Experience with Electrical and/or Instrumentation commissioning, depending on the discipline.
Previous experience working with major EPC contractors and international clients is preferred.
Experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, systemization, completion, punch management, and handover processes.
Familiarity with relevant international standards and client specifications.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
