Supervisor - Mech/Piping; Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi
Oversee and direct all mechanical and piping installation activities on-site ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and pipe fitters fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Interpret complex engineering drawings, P IDs, and isometric drawings to guide installation and fabrication processes accurately. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed installations to identify and rectify any deviations or quality issues.
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Hold relevant certifications such as AWS, ASME, or equivalent, demonstrating specialized piping knowledge. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in mechanical and piping supervision within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication blueprints.
Criteria
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates must be immediate joiners
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
