Mobile Network Engineer - VIP Global Missions.
JOB PURPOSE
Design and propose solutions in overseas countries to ensure better and focused mobile customer experience.
Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
Interacts and communicates with VVIP and Business teams to align on the right mobile network requirements for VVIP future trips.
Assigns and monitors all related KPIs and traffic statistics during the VIP missions.
Guides and performs all activities related to VIP missions.
Carries out the preparation and implementation of technical specifications and testing of mobile networks outside the country.
Travel to overseas country regularly to integrate the mobile network and fulfill the customer requirement.
Doing the new site survey in overseas countries including the team discussions to get the final report for commercial submission.
Generates technical/ operational reports for superiors as required.
Assists in consolidation of requirements for materials and assists in preparing the reports on stores procurement.
Develops and confirms the mobile network plans and proposals for the VIP special missions outside the country.
Assists in reviewing the performance of contractors and suppliers in terms of project specifications and cost schedule.
Advises consultants and contractors to resolve issues/ concerns affecting the resolution of the mobile customer complaints.
Following up with all stakeholders related to mobile coverage implementation plan and required integrations, health checks, upgrades and/or optimization activities in the destination countries prior to the start of the VIP mission.
Provides inputs to Mobile Project and VSAT teams for specific missions to sets priorities and schedule projects ensuring fulfillment of mobile network plans.
