Land surveyor in Al Shamkhah City, UAE

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate should have knowledge of surveying methods and techniques, including the use of GPS equipment, and experience with land surveying software.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should be detail-oriented and able to work quickly under tight deadlines. The ability to think critically and solve problems is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting field surveys and collecting data using GPS equipment
• Analyzing data to determine land boundaries
• Identifying potential survey problems
• Preparing survey plans and reports
• Maintaining accurate records of survey activities
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to surveys (e.g., deeds, easements)
• Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Providing assistance with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience in land surveying
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in land surveying
• Proficient with software used for land surveying (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Ability to operate GPS equipment and other tools used by surveyors
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The position offers a salary of 1400 per month, depending on experience. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the criteria mentioned above.
