Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RBI Engineer to support offshore asset integrity management activities through the development,implementation, and maintenance of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs. The candidate will be responsible for assessing equipment risks, optimizing inspection intervals, improving asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry codes and standards.
The role requires close coordination with inspection, corrosion, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to manage the integrity of pressure equipment and piping systems throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments for offshore facilities.
- Conduct qualitative, semi-quantitative, and quantitative RBI studies in accordance with API 580 and API 581 methodologies.
- Evaluate risk associated with pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, tanks, and associated equipment.
- Establish optimized inspection strategies and intervals based on risk profiles.
- Review and continuously update RBI assessments based on inspection findings, operational changes, and corrosion monitoring data.
