Are you a UAE National looking to start your career in a growing technical and clean energy sector? Al Bihouth WTE O M is looking for motivated fresh graduates and early-career Emiratis interested in developing a long‑term career in Mechanical Maintenance. We are currently in the initial mobilization and training stage giving you an opportunity to join the team early, learn alongside experienced professionals and develop your technical skills as we prepare for long‑term plant operations.
No prior Waste‑to‑Energy or power plant experience is required.
What You Will Learn- Working alongside experienced mechanical maintenance professionals
- Mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Mechanical troubleshooting and basic fault finding
- Pumps, valves, piping and rotating equipment
- Bearings, couplings, seals and mechanical components
- Equipment dismantling, repair, alignment and reassembly
- Maintenance tools and safe workshop practices
- Maintenance work orders and CMMS
- Plant shutdown and major maintenance activities
- Mechanical safety, Permit‑to‑Work and LOTO requirements
- Fresh graduate
- Diploma / Higher Diploma graduate
- Early‑career professional with up to 2 years’ relevant experience
- Relevant qualifications may include Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical / Plant Engineering, Other relevant engineering or technical disciplines
