Draughtsman

The Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing modifying reviewing and maintaining accurate technical drawings for civil MEP infrastructure and land surveying works The position requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D 3D technical drafting standards construction drawings survey data and coordination with engineers surveyors site teams and project management

• strong 1 Civil Structural Drafting strong Prepare detailed civil architectural structural and construction drawings using AutoCAD Prepare plans elevations sections details layouts and as-built drawings Prepare drawings for roads pavements kerbstones interlock concrete works drainage utilities and other civil works Prepare excavation back filling grading levels and earthwork drawings Prepare foundation slab wall column concrete and reinforcement detailing drawings as required Update drawings based on site conditions engineer instructions and approved design changes strong

• strong 3 Infrastructure Drafting strong Prepare drawings for roads highways access roads parking areas footpaths and related infrastructure Prepare storm-water drainage sewage water supply utility and underground service layouts Prepare utility corridor and infrastructure alignment drawings Prepare profiles cross-sections longitudinal sections and typical details Prepare drawings for manholes catch basins culverts chambers pipelines and other infrastructure works Incorporate survey information and site measurements into infrastructure drawings strong
• strong 4 Land Surveying Survey Drafting strong Work closely with Land Surveyors and Site Engineers to prepare drawings based on survey data Prepare survey plans topographical drawings setting-out drawings and coordinate layouts Plot survey points coordinates benchmarks levels boundaries and existing site features Prepare road profiles longitudinal sections cross-sections and level drawings Convert survey data and field measurements into accurate CAD drawings Assist in preparing cut-and-fill grading earthwork and as-built survey drawings Verify dimensions coordinates levels and alignment information before issuing drawings strong
• strong 5 AutoCAD 2D 3D strong Produce accurate and professional strong AutoCAD 2D drawings strong for construction and engineering works Develop strong 3D models and drawings strong where required for visualization coordination and technical presentation Create and manage layers blocks Xrefs templates title blocks dimensions annotations and drawing standards Modify existing CAD drawings according to revised designs site conditions and engineering instructions Maintain drawing accuracy scale dimensions coordinates and revision information Prepare drawings in accordance with project and company CAD standards strong

• strong 7 Coordination Site Support strong Coordinate with Civil MEP Structural Survey QA QC HSE and Site Engineering teams Review drawings and identify discrepancies before construction Provide technical drawing support to site teams whenever required Attend site visits to verify existing conditions measurements levels and installations Incorporate engineer and consultant comments into drawings Ensure drawings are issued accurately and within project deadlines strong
