Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Conduct ASHRAE Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 energy audits for commercial and industrial facilities
- Analyse energy consumption using utility data BMS trends and system performance evaluation
- Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures ECMs for HVAC systems electrical systems lighting and building automation systems
- Prepare technical reports including energy audit reports savings calculations and feasibility analysis
- Develop Measurement and Verification M V plans in accordance with IPMVP guidelines
- Support implementation of energy efficiency retrofit projects and performance verification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in energy audits, ESCO projects, or sustainability consulting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation systems.
- Preferred Experience:
Experience in hotels, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, or large commercial facilities. - Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IPMVP protocols, and energy modelling tools.
