- Supervise and monitor daily site activities for roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications,quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Coordinatematerial deliveries, equipment, and manpower to meet project requirements.
- Assistin preparing work schedules, method statements, and inspection requests.
- Verifycompleted work for quality and support project handover activities.
- Bachelor'sDegree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in roadworks,infrastructure, and utility projects.
- Experience working on Aldar projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site supervision.
- Abilityto read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
