, we're on a mission to accelerate electric mobility across the region. We're looking for a hands-on Roll-out Engineer to join our Project Management team and drive the successful deployment of EV charging infrastructure from concept to go-live.

Reports to: Director, Project Management — Charge&Go

• Conduct technical site surveys assessing power capacity, civil infrastructure, cable routing, and authority approval requirements
• Support site acquisition by collaborating with the Account Management team
• Coordinate with site owners, landlords, developers, government bodies, and authorities
• Prepare and manage NOC and site permission documentation
• Monitor civil and electrical construction works, tracking progress through to final handover
• Interface with customers, OEMs, and subcontractors to ensure seamless EV charger implementation
• Validate supplier as-built BoQs and Job Completion Certificates (JCC)
• Conduct site acceptance inspections and deliver product demonstrations to clients

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering & Technology (Required)
• Degree in EV & Mobility (Desirable)

• 3–5 years in power systems and EV charger infrastructure projects (Required)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software (Desirable)
• Familiarity with solar/energy storage integration with EV chargers (Plus)

• Salary:
  AED 8,000 – 12,000 + performance bonuses
