Architectural Engineer; UAE National

This role is responsible for reviewing and assessing modification requests within the community, ensuring compliance with approved guidelines, technical standards, and community regulations. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing technical submissions, and issuing approvals or recommendations accordingly.

• Review and assess modification NOC applications.
• Verify submission compliance with approved community guidelines, standards, and regulations.
• Review architectural drawings, as-built drawings, and supporting technical documentation.
• Conduct technical assessments for both minor and major modification requests.
• Validate compliance with approval matrices and community regulations.
• Coordinate with Community Management and other internal stakeholders throughout the review process.
• Respond to applicant, resident, and customer inquiries related to modification requests.
• Issue NOCs, approvals, comments, recommendations, or rejections as required.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and workflow tracking for all applications.

• Architectural background with strong understanding of engineering and construction principles.
• Knowledge of building design, construction processes, and technical documentation review.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Power Point

• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Experience with permit, modification, and NOC approval processes.
• Familiarity with community management guidelines and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in:
• Architectural Engineering
• Community Management
• Property Management
• Construction or Engineering Consultancy
• NOC and Permit Review Processes

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.

• Relevant Engineering Certification or Professional Accreditation.

An Architectural Engineer with experience in reviewing modification requests, permits, and technical drawings, preferably within community management, property management, real estate development, or engineering consultancy environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical assessment capabilities, customer-facing skills, and an understanding of UAE building regulations and approval processes.
