Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Delivery Managers to oversee delivery performance across major infrastructure work packages, ensuring coordination between engineering, construction, project controls, contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor overall project delivery against scope, schedule and milestones.
- Coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Review project execution plans, programme schedules and progress reporting.
- Identify delivery risks, delays and interface constraints.
- Support resolution of programme-level issues.
- Monitor project readiness across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Support milestone readiness reviews.
- Provide regular delivery reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, HSE, quality and commercial teams.
- Support project handover and closeout.
- Strong Transmission & Distribution background.
- Experience managing major power transmission or utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong programme/project management experience.
- Programme management certification is preferred.
- Experience managing EPC interfaces and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management capability.
We specifically require Delivery Manager candidates to have a strong Transmission & Distribution background and relevant program management experience/certification.
