The Reservoir Engineer will provide specialist reservoir engineering expertise across multidisciplinary projects, including field development planning, reservoir performance analysis and estimation of production and injection capacities. The position leads reservoir management studies and performance optimization activities, applying appropriate reservoir engineering techniques to support field development, surveillance and recovery objectives.

• Carry out reservoir management activities covering field development, performance evaluation, reservoir and asset evaluation, and well prognosis.
• Supervise integration activities between fields.
• Develop and implement workflows for field evaluation and management in line with relevant industry practices.
• Integrate dynamic and static reservoir data to understand field behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop optimization plans aimed at maximizing profitable reservoir recovery.
• Support multidisciplinary field development activities with reservoir engineering analysis and technical input.

• Govern field production and injection capacities in accordance with company objectives and guidelines.
• Coordinate reservoir capacity requirements with drilling and workover schedules.
• Identify mitigation measures when production or injection capacity shortfalls occur.
• Establish workflows for pattern balancing.
• Support efficient management of production and injection processes.
• Evaluate reservoir performance to identify opportunities for improved field recovery.

• Design and lead performance reviews covering individual wells, reservoir sectors and full-field development.
• Apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques to assess field performance.
• Integrate available reservoir information to identify field movement and changing reservoir behavior.
• Provide reservoir engineering expertise required to support performance evaluation and optimization decisions.

• Design and lead implementation of project surveillance programs.
• Plan and evaluate pressure transient surveys.
• Support tracer survey programs and interference testing.
• Contribute to observation well placement based on reservoir surveillance requirements.
• Develop and support cased-hole logging programs.
• Use surveillance results to strengthen reservoir understanding and support reservoir management decisions.

• Identify and support reservoir engineering studies using appropriate analytical and modeling techniques.
