Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation works on site.
Review electrical shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local authority regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Architectural, and subcontractor teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress against project schedules.
Prepare work plans, method statements, and technical reports.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities regarding technical issues and approvals.
Monitor material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
Prepare and review RFIs, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
Ensure installation quality and compliance with DEWA/ADDC/AADC or relevant local authority requirements.
Assist in project commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of UAE/GCC construction experience in MEP projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use building projects.
Good knowledge of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, earthing, fire alarm, ELV, and electrical infrastructure works.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and approvals.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Experience working with a Main Contractor.
Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple project activities and site teams.
